ABOUT JOURNEY ASSIST TRANSPORTATION

Journey Assist Transportation was founded by Jeffery Batister, who saw how stressful it can be for families to find safe, reliable transportation for their loved ones. After witnessing seniors and people with mobility challenges struggle to get to important appointments, Jeffery Batister set out to build a service that treats every rider with the same patience, dignity, and care as family.
